My contribution:

For this project I developed a comprehensive pricing strategy, including analyzing competitors and positioning the magazine at a price point that would be attractive to vintage fashion lovers.

I developed the distribution plan, choosing digital and physical channels to cater to different reader preferences.

I developed the content and editorial strategy for the magazine, defining themes and storylines that would resonate with the target audience. I also played a role in the visual design, photography, and layout.
